Ponting 'Captain's Call' Tasmanian Pinot Gris 2023
A very limited release wine crafted from fruit sourced from a pristine single vineyard site in the Coal River Valley.
Lifted aromas of fresh pears and stone fruits backed by subtle hints of spice. Superbly silky and fresh on the palate, this Pinot Gris has great length with a refreshingly clean finish.
Ricky finished his international cricket career with the most victories as an Australian captain. Ricky was the Australian Cricket Captain from 2004-2011 and his successes included 48 victories in 77 Tests. He was also part of three successful World Cup campaigns (two as Captain), which also included a 34 match winning streak.
